Various ways in which ghosts cause sleep paralysis – type 1
Drawing 1 of 3
Many people have experienced a sudden unexplained inability to move their body or parts of their body. This could be a one-time event in a person’s life or in some cases it has been found to happen repeatedly. In this type of paralysis, the ghost immobilises the person by putting pressure. The person though fully conscious is unable to speak, move or cry out for help. There is no sign of any struggle on the person’s face or body as he is completely immobilised.
